Management Services

As part of our client services, we offer a variety of management, storage and servicing solutions.  These can all be tailored to your individual requirements.

Full Management Service

A fully managed service is paticularly suitable for large organisations with multiple sites, departments or locations and includes the following:

• Dedicated telephone lines
• Account Manager
• Management of all incoming bookings and enquiries from client staff and departments
• All bookings and events recorded on booking system with regular and bespoke management information available
• Delivery and collection of unit with stand managers able to remain throughout the duration of the event if required
• Exhibition unit storage
• Insurance
• Maintenance

With this service, our aim is to work as an extension of our client.

Half Management Service

The half management service is different from the full management service, in that the client will mange the bookings internally and feed these on to us in order to ensure that the unit is delivered safely and on time to each event, whilst still maintaining, insuring and servicing the unit.

This service allows you to keep track of your events without the hassle of having to manage the unit itself.

Road Show Management

Ideal for carrying out product launches or attending a series of shows such as County Shows throughout the season, OTM will manage the process from day one, booking your venues, all health and safety requirements, staffing and running either your own unit or one of our hire units.

Towing and Delivery

Some clients require the delivery and collection only of their unit.  Either they do not want to invest in the expense of a towing vehicle that will only be used a few times a year, or do not want to go through the time and expense of training. We are able to collect your unit from your premises, deliver to your chosen location and collect again at the end of the event.

Off Season Storage

You may not have the capacity to store your unit in the off season.  We are able to store your unit for you, in fully insured premises allowing you to carry on with your business as usual, knowing that the unit is secure.

Service and Maintenance

Servicing Exhibition Units is something that needs to be done on a regular basis.  We can provide winter servicing or ongoing servicing at more regular intervals.  Please contact us to discuss the timings as these can be very dependent on the number of times your unit is being used and mileage driven.
