In order to operate and control the fleet of cars under our management we utilise an integrated vehicle management solution, providing real time access to perform fleet management tasks in a live environment.
Security is provided by hosting the system on a third party fully managed server. This has full maintenance including continuous software updates and backups, ensuring continuity of service 365 days a year.
Clients have full access to vehicle bookings and management information with secure user logins providing access to their information and providing them with a full audit trail across all areas of the vehicle management process.
Fleet Services, along with all of OTM Services Ltd, follow industry standard network and backup processes for all computers and PC's used for administration purposes.
